What cookies are

Cookies are small text records stored by your browser. We also use localStorage for the enquiry basket and consent preference. These technologies help the website remember essential state between pages.

Strictly necessary use

Necessary technologies support secure sessions, CSRF protection, language routing, the enquiry basket, rate-limit protection and your cookie choice. They are required for services you request and cannot be disabled through our consent card.

Typical records include the secure session cookie, “cookie_consent”, and browser-local enquiry data. The basket remains on your device until you submit or clear it.

Optional measurement and marketing

Analytics, advertising pixels or similar optional code may be configured by an authorised administrator. Such code is not injected until you choose “Accept”. Choosing “Only necessary” keeps optional code disabled.

When enabled, third-party providers may process device, visit or interaction data under their own notices. The exact provider may change as business tools are updated.

Managing your choice

Use the consent card on your first visit to accept all configured optional code or keep only necessary technologies. You may clear “cookie_consent” and site storage in your browser to make a new choice. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, but blocking necessary storage may affect the enquiry basket, forms or login security.

Duration and security

Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Consent preference may remain for up to 180 days; the local enquiry basket remains until cleared or submitted. Operational security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

Do not use the basket on a shared device without clearing it afterwards.
